All returned items must include all equipment (except window clings and mounting hardware), inside the original packaging.\n\nIf you are the original purchaser of a <strong>NLSG Alarms, LLC<\/strong> Camera Package and you are not satisfied with this Product for any reason, you may return it in \u201clike-new\u201d condition and receive a full refund, except for expedited shipping. Otherwise, for any other add-on purchases (cameras, extenders, etc) you will receive a full refund on the product minus shipping costs incurred. Customer must also pay for return shipping fees.\n<br><\/br>\n<h5>Return Process<\/h5>\nTo return an item, please contact Customer Support at\u00a0<u>info@lizanorita.com<\/u>\u00a0or\u00a0<u>1-888-987-6574<\/u>\u00a0to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number and return label, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided by Customer Support.\n<br><\/br>\n<h5>Refunds<\/h5>\nAfter receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
